Car leasing maintenance

Maintenance packages are beneficial to businesses that have a fleet of vehicles and to individuals who drive a high mileage.

We don't really recommend maintenance packages to private individuals who drive a low mileage. 

What is a maintenance package?

It provides you with a fixed monthly cost for your maintenance and servicing - and includes full cover for:

• Routine servicing
• Tyre replacement

• Exhaust replacement

Why's it beneficial?

For businesses with a fleet

If you're responsible for organising company vehicles, then anything that helps to make this job easier and less hassle is a great thing!

Maintenance packages offer convenience.  Just call one number and someone will arrange to pick up the vehicle and carryout the necessary servicing / repairs.  You'll also receive preferential treatment in terms of booking it in.

For high mileage drivers

If you're a high mileage driver, maintenance will give you complete peace of mind.  You won't have to worry about costly and unexpected servicing and repair bills. 

Is it available with any leasing agreement?

Maintenance packages are available on Contract Hire, Contract Purchase, PCH and PCP products.  And in most cases, the fixed monthly charge is added to your monthly leasing payment - so it's easy.

What does it cost?

It depends on your mileage and the type of vehicle you lease.  It typically ranges from £30 per month upwards.  Please contact us, if you'd like a quote.

What's included in our maintenance package?

• All vehicles are serviced in line with manufacturers recommended servicing intervals - at our preferred suppliers
• Likewise, any repairs required are also carried out through our preferred supplier network - that is selected for the quality of service they provide

• It is the driver's responsibility to book the vehicle in promptly for any work / servicing that is required

1) Tyres

Premium brand tyres are always fitted by our approved suppliers, with tyre replacement unlimited (subject to exclusions as below).

We undertake to replace all damaged tyres and any tyre with a tread depth of 2mm or less across the central 3 quarters (the legal minimum is 1.6mm).

2) Windscreens

Windscreens are not included in our maintenance package.  But we can arrange replacement on a recharge basis.

This enables customers to take advantage of the generous discount structure in place with our preferred suppliers.

3) Exclusions from contract

Routine top up of fluids - such as engine oil and washer fluid etc - are excluded.  As are any repairs caused through accidental damage.

Also, any repairs or replacements caused by driver abuse or by failure to keep to the manufacturers agreed service intervals, are not included in our contract.
